Stressful

...would describe my thursday evening. R.I.P. to Todd's beautiful forehead. Bienvenue to Todd looking like an ogre. Just playin', but seriously...

A song Kaskade didn't play last night unfortunately:

I don't even know how to describe global. It was a mind melt. Complete sensory overload. I've never seen so many beautiful girls in one place. The music was fantastic. I'd like to go back right now despite my arm fatigue. Paul Van Dyk really was the cause of that. He was dropping the heaviest beats that you could only really fist-pump to. His set was fairly mediocre in my opinion. This is rambled garbage. Sorry. I just really don't know how to describe how much that was worth 73 bux. Let's do a more storyline-based approach:

So we got to the parking lot at about 6. This was after I had spent an hour-long chunk of the afternoon sketchedly trying to find some mali for kyle's friends....which was stressful...cause i don't know how to ask/talk about drugs...and i don't know what the correct price is or anything. I didn't end up finding any.
Okay, so we get to the parking lot and crack open a few beers. And by a few I mean a large few. Kyle had probably 8, I had 5 cause I needed to be sure I would be straight to drive by 1:30 (I was sober by 11), Tom and John had probably 4 each cause they were going to get molecular, and Jason had 4 really strong jack and gingers (He was plastered). So we get inside at 8:30 after figuring out how to re-cap waterbottles full of vodka rather than water. Shout out to the guys in the car next to us who hooked it up with one of those caps. We didn't know who was playing on the main-stage and so we headed up to the top part because Morgan Page was going to play at 9. We got bouncing around and then Morgan Page came on and blew minds. He played the beltek remix of Fight For You, and I was completely satisfied. He did the Deadmau5 remix of Longest Road as we were looking for Kyle who had left with 3 really good looking girls. We bounced out of there and headed down to see Kaskade...who played Don't Stop Dancing as we were walking down....awesome. He then proceeded to slay the crowd with beautiful sounds. He played the dirtiest remixes of Steppin' Out, Fire In Your New Shoes, some song that sounded like Karina Chavez (who sang Show Me Love for Mobin Master) was singing, and the Adam K & Soha remix of 4am. There were others that I didn't record on my phone. Pretty sure he played a remix I hadn't heard of I Remember too. Anyway, Epic. I think I'll put 4am on the fbook. The sound is kinda splatty but not as bad as some of the other ones I recorded. Paul Van Dyk came on after that and was pretty good. But most of his tracks were really deep. He did play that John O'Callahan track Find Yourself. That was the best one in his set. So after the concert we just drove back home and had a few more beers and listened to our favorites on Kyle's bangin stereo. I got back to my house and just wanted to stay up listening and listening. Strange how intoxicating fabricated sounds can be...

If you didn't get the memo, all of those songs listed are links. So get those if you don't have them.

I have one more song to add on here before I go. I got a kinda dubstep remix of the Swedish Pop song Something I Can Dance To by Alpha Beat called DJ (DYM Dubstep Remix). Then two days later Tucker was playing a remix of the same song. But more poppy. Here it is:

Something I Can Dance To - The Knocks

Talk to youz guyz later.
